Santa has arrived in-centre, book a session to get your photo taken with Santa this Christmas.

We’ve also dedicated booking times for sensitive Santa photo moments - where children and adults who prefer quieter surroundings can enjoy a photo with Santa without the hustle and bustle of Christmas noise.

Why should your four-legged family members miss out on all the Christmas cheer? Bring them along for a festive Santa photo.

Feel free to dress them up in their cutest holiday outfit and create paw-some memories you'll treasure forever.

Important Notes:

• Online bookings are a must—these sessions fill up fast, and there are no walk-ins (those puppy eyes won’t work this time!).
• Arrive within 5 minutes of your booking, this will help avoid queues and customers gathering.
• Have your booking confirmation ready to show Santa's helpers on the day, either on your phone or print off your confirmation.
• Pets are limited to dogs, cats, rabbits and guinea pigs. Alternative animal requests may be submitted for approval, however, must be approved by both photography staff and Centre Management staff. The photography staff and Centre Management’s decision is final.
• Pets must be on a lead or in a carrier (suitable for animals) when arriving and leaving the Santa experience. Pets may be presented out of carriers in the photography area only.
• Owners are responsible for their pets at all times.
• It is the responsibility of the pet owner to clean and dispose of any droppings that may occur by their pet whilst at Bayside Shopping Centre, including whilst in the carpark and travelling to the photography area. Rubbish bins in-centre are not to be used for disposal.
• Owners are responsible for maintaining control of their pets at all times.
• No pets will be allowed inside Bayside Shopping Centre before or after a scheduled photography.
• All dogs and cats participating in Santa pet photography must be vaccinated.
• Any dog listed as a restricted breed dog in VIC is not permitted.
• Bayside will not be held liable for any injury or damage caused by the pets in attendance of the Santa pet photos.
• In the event the animal exhibits aggressive behaviours, Centre Management or Scene to Believe staff will ask that they are removed from the centre immediately.
• Every endeavour will be made to adhere to your booking time, however in the event that another photography sessions is being completed, we appreciate your patience while the current pet photography session is finishing up.

Where to Park:

Customer must use designated car park entry to get to the Santa experience. Please park on the Target rooftop parking highlighted in blue, accessible via Balmoral Street or Ross Smith Drive. We kindly ask that you line up outside the entrance until it's time for your session. Pets will not be permitted to enter through other entrances.
